2. Using the Service

You will follow our rules and applicable laws. You’re responsible for the content you post, including arguments, rebuttals, and comments.

3. Accounts

Keep your credentials secure. You must be 13+ (or the minimum age in your region). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your Content & License

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and analyze your content for operating and improving the service, including AI judging features.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Illegal, hateful, harassing, or infringing content
• Spam, scams, or attempts to manipulate rankings
• Attempts to break, reverse engineer, or overload the service

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for any indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we’ll take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
